Our ingredients are all locally sourced and most of the fruits, vegetables and herbs are organically grown, as much possible in our farms. Our modest kitchen specializes in preparing fresh home made, wholesome local Himachali, Indian and few international cuisines at our designated dining area. While our menus are well thought out and fixed, if there is a request or if there are any special needs, please let us know and we will do everything within our means to meet those.
The Dining Area
As you relax, head to our common dining area, boasting a large patio where one can sit by the riverside, revel in the fresh mountain air and enjoy the warmth of the sunshine. If the weather permits, meals can be arranged around the bonfire where one can sit under the sparkling stars and open sky while enjoying a hearty meal while a fire provides both heat and light.
